ICF ACCREDITATION

LEVEL 2, ki pripravlja na nivo PCC

Coaching Program Accreditations

ICF offers three levels of certified coaching training programs:

  1. LEVEL 1: This marks the beginning of coaching education, where foundational skills and coach competencies defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) are acquired. This level includes a developmental coaching mindset, adherence to the ICF's ethical code, and access to the latest approaches and knowledge in line with international standards. It prepares individuals for ACC (Associate Certified Coach) certification.
  2. LEVEL 2: This level represents advanced coaching education allowing for the expansion of knowledge and acquisition of additional competencies at higher levels. Programs at this stage align with ICF requirements and encompass a deep understanding of coaching and various approaches. It prepares individuals for PCC (Professional Certified Coach) certification.
  3. LEVEL 3: This coaching education level enables the expansion of knowledge and acquisition of additional competencies at the mastery level, preparing individuals for MCC (Master Certified Coach). Programs at this stage align with ICF requirements and involve a highly in-depth understanding of coaching and its complexities.

Certification at these levels allows individuals to obtain the title of a coach or program and opens up opportunities to start their practice. Additionally, it facilitates entry into a broad network of professional coaches, and supervision groups, and the exchange of practices with members adhering to high standards of professional excellence.
