Educational Programs Accredited by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC)
Educational programs accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) provide participants with development-oriented education, in line with the latest industry knowledge, high professional competence, acquisition of fundamental skills and competencies of a professional coach, ethical framework, and credibility in the market. In the implementation of accredited coaching programs, the facilitators are fully committed to respecting the ethical code of the coaching association.
Povej na Glas proudly holds dual accreditation from two leading global organizations in the field of coaching - the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC Global). Both organizations operate with the purpose of continuous development of the coaching profession, setting the highest standards, providing independent certification, and creating a global network of professional coaches.
EMCC Global Accreditation:
The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC Global) is a leading organization in the European coaching and mentoring field. Povej na Glas is also certified by EMCC Global, EQA Practitioner fast track EIA Practitioner, meaning it meets their standards for coaching training. This confirms the high standard of coaching skills and training for coaches and mentors. In the implementation of accredited coaching programs, the facilitators are fully committed to respecting the etičnega kodeksa ethical code of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
We are the only ones in Slovenia and the region with dual accreditation - certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council for coaching training.

EMCC Global - EQA ACCREDITATION OF PROGRAM
The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC Global) represents a significant professional network dedicated to the development, promotion, and establishment of expectations for best practices in mentoring, coaching, and supervision at the European level. Its mission includes providing a framework for the quality of mentoring and coaching while promoting high standards in these professions.
EMCC Global certifies programs in coaching and supervision that can achieve four levels:
- EQA Foundation
- EQA Practitioner
- EQA Senior Practitioner
- EQA Master Practitioner
Povej na Glas is the only organization that has met high EMCC Global standards and obtained confirmation and accreditation for the "Embody Your Coaching Wisdom" program at the Practitioner level. This program also allows for a "FAST TRACK" to the EIA Practitioner individual accreditation.
EMCC INDIVIDUAL ACCREDITATION - EIA Award (Individual European Accreditation for Coaches):
EMCC Global also offers individual European accreditations, confirming the individual's knowledge and skills at various levels:
- EIA Foundation
- EIA Practitioner
- EIA Senior Practitioner
- EIA Master Practitioner
Each level has specific requirements and is valid for five years, with a renewal required afterward.
ITCA (Individual European Accreditation for Team Coaches):
ITCA (Team Coaching Individual Accreditation) is an internationally recognized award that confirms the appropriate level of knowledge and skills of an individual practicing as a team coach.
Individual European Accreditation for Coaching Supervisors - ESIA:
EMCC Global recognizes the crucial role of coaching supervisors in developing best practices in mentoring and coaching. It offers ESIA (Supervision Individual Accreditation), representing individual accreditation for coaching supervisors. This accreditation is available to supervisors with more than three years of experience, who are regularly supervised and meet the required number of practice hours and experiences.
